At Aurora Valley, we have poured our hearts into creating a space that feels intentional, beautiful, and unlike anything else in Northern BC. Every detail, from our sailcloth tent and custom checkered dance floor, to our solid wood tables, arch-back chairs, gold utensils, and hundreds of feet of twinkling lights was chosen to bring warmth, beauty, and ease to your day.

We believe in giving couples an extraordinary amount of value. Our included items are sourced with design in mind for the highest quality, you will not be able to find rentals like this in the north, and are worth well over $12,000 if rented based off our pricing research from larger city rental companies, yet we’ve bundled them into one seamless package that also includes full setup and takedown of venue items by our staff, access to landscaped grounds and photo locations, getting ready spaces and bathrooms and thoughtful touches that make your day feel polished from start to finish.

What’s Not Included

We want to be clear about where our role ends, so you know exactly what to expect.

-Catering tasks such as bussing, scraping, or clearing plates and garbage during dinner remain the responsibility of your caterer

-We are not full-service planners, though we do offer day-of coordination as an additional service if you would like support with timelines, vendor management, and décor styling on the day

-Additional décor setup must be pre-planned, and extra labour charges will apply if it goes beyond our standard inclusions

-While our staff cleans bathrooms, resets the space, sets up and puts away all venue decor, washes and sanitizes dishes, and ensures the venue is cared for, we do expect bottles, cups, and garbage to be placed in the provided bins and all items to be treated with respect. Damage or excessive cleanup will result in additional fees as outlined in our contract

The Flower Farm

Aurora Valley began as a flower farm, and our building was designed to support that work, with floral prep spaces, cold storage, and a walk-in cooler that couples are welcome to use for flowers, drinks, or catering prep. The loft serves as a beautiful getting-ready space, while the staircase and tall white walls offer timeless photo opportunities.

Because we are a working farm, blooms rotate throughout the season. Nothing flowers continuously from spring through fall, though we wish it did. Different areas are in bloom at different times, allowing us to harvest fresh stems all summer long. The fields will look different depending on the time of year, but the beauty is always present in shifting waves of seasonal colour and variety.
