At the heart of the field lies our central courtyard, a 50x50 oasis surrounded by over fifty hydrangeas that burst into bloom each July. In early spring, this area begins to awaken with white daffodils, tulips, and elegant white and purple alliums, creating a seamless transition into hydrangea season. This is the only part of the field we intentionally cultivate for continuous bloom, while the rest is dedicated to fresh-cut flower production.

Guests love wandering through the field during cocktail hour, admiring which rows are in full bloom and which are just beginning to unfold — a true celebration of nature’s rhythm. The central courtyard itself is a versatile space, perfect for an intimate ceremony or dinner beneath our modern pergola, where newly planted grapevines and climbing greenery are already beginning their ascent.
